2. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, debit card, and bank transfer. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to process your payment accordingly.

  • Payment Due: Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a separate written agreement is made. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment is received.

3. Order Processing

  • Order Confirmation: Once your payment has been processed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order until it has been processed and shipped.

  • Order Changes: Requests for modifications (including cancellations or amendments) must be submitted within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, changes cannot be guaranteed without express written consent from Company management.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These charges may adjust if actual shipping costs differ from initial estimates.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery dates provided at order confirmation are estimates and subject to external factors (e.g., carrier delays, weather conditions). The Company is not liable for any delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Shipping to Alaska: Additional charges may apply for shipments to Alaska. Customers should contact our Customer Solutions Specialists for a detailed quote prior to purchase when shipping to this region.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • All Sales Are Final: Sales for both new and used equipment are final. Non-exchanges and non-returns are the standard, except under exceptional circumstances as solely determined by the Company.

  • Restocking Fee: In cases where the Company approves a return under exceptional conditions, a restocking fee amounting to 25% of the purchase price will be deducted from any refund.

  • Warranty on Used Items: All used equipment is provided with a limited 30-day warranty, which covers services and repairs by the Company’s authorized technicians only. Unauthorized service or modification by the customer will immediately nullify this warranty.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • New Equipment Warranty: New equipment is covered by the manufacturer's warranty as detailed in the accompanying warranty policy. The Company makes no additional warranties beyond those provided by the manufacturer.

  • Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the purchase or use of our equipment is limited to the purchase price of the product. Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio.

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will become effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued purchase or use of Equipment constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
