Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy & Disclaimer

1. Acceptance of Delivery
By signing the delivery receipt, you acknowledge that you have carefully inspected your shipment and that any and all discrepancies—damage, missing items, or concerns regarding packaging—have been clearly noted before signing. If no damage or discrepancies are recorded at the time of delivery, the shipment is deemed to have been accepted in acceptable condition. Failure to note any issues on the receipt may preclude any future claims related to those issues.
2. Damaged or Missing Items

If any part of your order is damaged or missing, or if you have any doubts regarding the condition of any items or packaging, you must immediately take the following steps:

  • Note the Damage or Discrepancy: Clearly record any damage or missing items on the delivery receipt before signing.

  • Retain Documentation: Keep a copy of the noted delivery receipt as evidence.

  • Prompt Notification: Contact one of our Customer Solutions Specialists within 1 business day of receiving your order.

  • Preserve Packaging: Retain all damaged packing materials for possible inspection.

  • Photographic Evidence: Take clear pictures of the damaged items and packaging.

If damage or missing items are discovered after initial acceptance, please continue to retain the original items and packaging, and contact us within 5 business days of receipt. We may request additional photos or documentation to facilitate a resolution.
3. Shipping Timelines & Estimated Delivery Times
All shipping timelines provided are estimates only and are subject to change due to factors beyond our control—including weather conditions, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We make every effort to ensure prompt delivery; however, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times.
4. Accuracy of Shipping Information
It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete address details may result in delays or mis delivery for which we shall not be held liable. Please verify your information before finalizing your order.
5. Partial Shipments
Orders may be delivered in multiple shipments. Each shipment will have its own tracking information and delivery schedule. We are not liable for any discrepancies or issues arising from orders received in staggered shipments.
6. Lost or Misdelivered Packages
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier and is accepted without noted discrepancies, liability for lost or misdelivered packages transfers to you. Any claims regarding lost or misdelivered items must be reported immediately to the carrier. We will assist as permitted; however, complaints made after acceptance—and without noted discrepancies—may not be eligible for further action.
7. International Shipments – Customs, Duties, and Import Fees
For international shipments, please note that you are responsible for any additional customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country’s government. These charges are not included in the purchase or shipping cost and must be settled by the recipient.
8. Shipping Insurance & Inspection
Although we take great care in packaging every order, we recommend that you inspect your shipment immediately upon delivery. If you require additional shipping insurance, this option should be arranged at the time of purchase. Our standard packaging is intended to protect your order in transit, but we cannot accept liability for damages that are not reported based on the inspection protocols described above.
9. Liftgate & Special Handling Deliveries
For deliveries that utilize a liftgate—a motorized platform used by the carrier to lower your order to the ground—the following applies:

  • Delivery Process: The truck driver will place your order on the ground using the liftgate.

  • Recipient’s Responsibility: It is your responsibility to move the items into your premises. By accepting such a delivery, you agree that after the order is lowered, any damage or injury incurred while moving the items is not the liability of the Company or the carrier.

10. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for delays, delivery failures, or other issues arising from unforeseen events beyond our reasonable control. These include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, acts of terrorism, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
11. Back Orders & Product Availability
In the event that part or all of your order is on back order or becomes unavailable after shipment confirmation, we reserve the right to ship available items separately. You agree to accept partial shipments, and any changes in the expected arrival dates of the remaining items will be communicated promptly.
12. General Provisions
By accepting your shipment and signing the delivery receipt, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and processes outlined in this Shipping Policy & Disclaimer. This disclaimer is an integral part of our overall shipping policy and is subject to revision without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
