The Fri-Jado TDR 8 Smart Rotisserie is a high-speed, double-loop convection rotisserie that saves energy and ensures food safety. With a 7-inch full-color touchscreen control panel, it's easy to use and navigate. The TDR 8 features a rotor for up to 40 chickens, 8 meat fork positions, and a user-friendly interface. It also includes Cook Correction, which detects and corrects cooking cycle abnormalities, and Eco Cooking, which reduces heat during the last part of the cooking cycle. The rotisserie has doors on both sides, making it easy to load and unload products, and it's available with an optional ventless hood and matching stand.
